I think about a lot of different things throughout my days and I'm compelled to share this one, having just come out of a conversation with a few good men about seduction and leadership. My perspective:
The idea of leadership is something I've revisited recently. The concepts of self-expression, speaking your truth, acting now rather than later, brings to light a new perspective of leadership to me. It is our job, as men, to create and provide the space for those to follow. It is our job, as men, to set the tone of how we envision our lives to be. It is our job, as men, to open our way of living to our family, friends, and those we would like to join us. All societal ideals notwithstanding, I've learned that a woman expects us to lead, to set the tone, to be the example, to do our job - lead. From what I've learned recently, it is wired within us to operate this way. I see the idea of being a leader not as something to become, I see it as becoming closer to who we are as men.
Do you agree/disagree and why??
